1. When will my order ship? 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped we'll be sure to notify you so please check your email!

2.  Do you offer refunds?

We currently don't offer refunds due to the sanitary nature of our products. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we can honor an exchange of the product. 

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please email us at info@shopmodernave.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed + shipped, we won't be able to make any changes unfortunately. 

4. Why is my shipping delayed?

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. Please allow at least 3 business days for your tracking to be updated. 

5. Can I make an exchange?

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged at this time. 

6. How do I care for my jewelry?

The makeup of the jewelry is notated on each product page. If your product is made of gold plated brass we recommend avoiding getting your pieces wet as it may cause changes to the appearance. We recommend storing your piece in a safe place and using a jewelry cloth to wipe it.
