1. When will my order ship? 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped we'll be sure to notify you so please check your email!

2.  Can I make a return?

Returns can only be accepted for our clothing items at this time. Please contact us directly at info@shopmodernave.com for next steps. Please note, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and clothing must be unworn with tags still attached. 

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please email us at info@shopmodernave.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed + shipped, we won't be able to make any changes unfortunately. Due to the sanitary nature of our jewelry, we currently don't accept returns of our jewelry at this time. 

4. Why is my shipping delayed?

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. Please allow at least 3 business days for your tracking to be updated. 

5. Can I make an exchange?

We currently only accept exchanges on our clothing items within 7 days. Clothing must be unworn and tags still attached. We are unable to offer exchanges on our jewelry unless the product is faulty or damaged at this time. 

6. How do I care for my jewelry?

The makeup of the jewelry is notated on each product page. If your product is made of gold plated brass we recommend avoiding getting your pieces wet as it may cause changes to the appearance. We recommend storing your piece in a safe place and using a jewelry cloth to wipe it.
